Challenges & Areas for Improvement

1. Low Impressions on Facebook & Instagram

While these platforms have a significant audience, impressions remain low. Engagement through likes and comments isn’t the only factor; what truly matters is reach and visibility. We need to explore strategies to boost impressions and ensure our content is seen by more people.

2. Consistency & Content Strategy

To maintain visibility and brand awareness, we must post at least 2-3 times per week on all platforms. Regular engagement will keep us in front of our audience, potentially leading to increased traffic, sponsorships, partnerships, and overall brand growth.

Suggested Improvements

● Redistributing Social Media Management – To enhance efficiency, I propose dividing social media management responsibilities between Edikam and me while we optimize available resources until mid- or late March.

● Support from the Graphics Team – It would be beneficial if our Graphics Designer could assist in creating engaging visuals to complement our content and improve post quality.

● Hiring a Social Media Intern – To ensure consistent posting across all Titrans Technology platforms, we should consider bringing in an intern social media manager. Their primary responsibility would be to keep our social media pages active with content, posts, newsletters, and articles.

Next Steps

● Implement the suggested role distribution for better workflow.

● Increase visual content to boost engagement.

● Assess the feasibility of hiring an intern social media manager to ensure consistent activity.
